This website, madagascartwins.org (the “Website”), is operated by the Association of Mothers of Twin Children (AMEJ), a non-governmental association based in Mananjary, Madagascar, officially created in April 2022. 2. Privacy Policy

2.1 What data we collect

The Website is a simple informational page. It does not require registration, does not contain contact forms, does not run analytics or advertising tools, and does not set any tracking or marketing cookies. We do not knowingly collect, store or process any personal data of visitors through this Website.

Like virtually every website, the hosting provider that serves the Website may automatically record standard technical logs (such as IP address, date and time of access, browser type). 2.3 Fonts

2.5 Donations

Donations to AMEJ are made by bank transfer, outside of this Website. Any personal data visible to us in connection with a transfer (such as your name on the bank statement) is used exclusively to receive and, where possible, acknowledge your donation, and is never shared with third parties or used for marketing.

2.6 Photographs

The photographs published on the Website show members of the association and their children and are published with the knowledge and consent of the mothers or legal guardians. If you are depicted in a photograph (or are the guardian of a depicted child) and wish it to be removed, contact us at amejmananjary@gmail.com and we will remove it promptly.

2.7 Your rights

Since we do not collect visitor data through the Website, there is normally nothing for us to disclose, correct or delete. If you have nevertheless shared personal data with us (for example by e-mail or in connection with a donation), you may at any time request access to it, its correction or its deletion by writing to the e-mail address above.

3.1 Purpose of the Website

The Website presents the mission and activities of AMEJ for information purposes only. Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, medical or financial advice.

Unless stated otherwise, the texts, photographs and graphics on the Website belong to AMEJ or are used with permission. You may share links to the Website freely. Reproducing photographs of the children for any other purpose without our written consent is not permitted.

3.3 Donations

Donations are voluntary and support the objectives of the association: helping mothers of twin children and their children in Mananjary. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you have made a transfer in error, contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

We keep the content of the Website as accurate and up to date as we can, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind. AMEJ is not liable for the content of external websites linked from the Website.
